Frequently Asked Questions

Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged a prorated amount. When downgrading, your new plan takes effect at the end of your billing period.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
When you downgrade, features above your new plan's limits are disabled but your existing records remain available within your plan's data-retention window. Data older than your new plan's retention period may be removed over time in accordance with that plan's retention policy. Upgrading re-enables the higher plan's features and retention window.
Do you offer refunds?
You can cancel anytime, and your plan will remain active through the end of the current billing period. Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a pro-rata refund of unused months if requested within 30 days of renewal, as described in our Terms of Service. Refund requests can be sent to support@eloope.com.
