Connect Slack to your Eloope Expense account to receive real-time notifications and updates directly in your Slack workspace for seamless team communication.
Connecting to Slack will allow you to receive expense notifications in your chosen channels, as well as enable team collaboration through expense approvals and updates sent directly to Slack.
Note: The Eloope Expense bot must be invited to private channels before it can post messages there.

You receive real-time Slack messages for expense submissions, approval requests, report status changes, and reimbursement updates. Each notification includes key details like the expense amount, category, and submitter, so you can stay informed without opening Eloope.
Eloope sends approval request notifications to Slack with direct links that take you straight to the approval screen in the Eloope dashboard. This streamlines the approval workflow so managers can act on requests the moment they see the Slack notification.
Eloope can post to any public channel by default. For private channels, you need to invite the Eloope bot to the channel first. You can configure different channels for different notification types — for example, approvals in a managers channel and reimbursements in a finance channel.
Go to Admin Settings > Integrations in your Eloope dashboard, click Connect on the Slack card, sign in to your Slack workspace, and select a default notification channel. You can send a test message to confirm everything is working. Setup takes under two minutes.
