Manage your subscription

View your current plan, upgrade or downgrade, update payment methods, and download invoices: all from the Billing page.

View your plan

  1. Click Billing in the left sidebar.
  2. The billing overview shows:
    • Your current plan name.
    • Seat usage (active users / total seats).
    • Billing cycle (monthly or annual).
    • Next payment date and amount.

Upgrade your plan

  1. Go to Billing in the left sidebar.
  2. Click Upgrade.
  3. Select the plan you want to move to.
  4. Enter your payment details if you have not added a payment method yet.
  5. Click Confirm Upgrade.

Your upgrade takes effect immediately. You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle.

Note: Payment processing is powered by Stripe. Your card details are never stored on Eloope's servers.

Downgrade your plan

  1. Go to Billing in the left sidebar.
  2. Click Change Plan.
  3. Select the plan you want to downgrade to.
  4. Review the features you will lose.
  5. Click Confirm Downgrade.

The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep full access to your current plan's features until then.

Warning: If your current usage exceeds the limits of the lower plan (e.g., more than 5 users on the Free plan), you will need to reduce usage before the downgrade takes effect.

Cancel your subscription

  1. Go to Billing in the left sidebar.
  2. Click Cancel Subscription.
  3. Confirm the cancellation.

You keep access to your current plan until the end of your billing period. After that, your account moves to the Free plan. Your data is not deleted.

Payment methods

Eloope accepts credit and debit cards via Stripe. To update your payment method:

  1. Go to Billing.
  2. Click Manage Billing to open the Stripe customer portal.
  3. Add, update, or remove your payment method.

Invoices

Download past invoices directly from the Billing page.

  1. Go to Billing.
  2. Scroll to the Invoices section.
  3. Click Download next to any invoice to get a PDF.

You can also access your full invoice history through the Stripe customer portal by clicking Manage Billing.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, Eloope provides a 14-day grace period:

  • Days 1-3: Full access to all features. Update your payment method to resolve the issue.
  • Days 4-14: Restricted access. You can view data but cannot create new expenses or reports.
  • After 14 days: Your account is downgraded to the Free plan.

To fix a failed payment, go to Billing and click Update Payment Method, or use the Manage Billing link to update your card in the Stripe customer portal.

Click Manage Billing on the Billing page to open the Stripe customer portal. From there you can:

  • Update your payment method.
  • View and download all invoices.
  • Change your billing email address.
  • View upcoming charges.
