Connect Eloope Expense to Zapier to automate your expense workflows across 6,000+ apps. Trigger actions when expenses are created, approved, or reimbursed — or create expenses in Eloope from external events.
Eloope sends real-time webhook events to Zapier when expenses or reports change status. You can also use Zapier actions to create expenses and reports in Eloope from other apps. Authentication is handled via a secure API key generated in your dashboard.
Note: API keys are hashed before storage for security. Each organisation gets a unique key. Revoke and regenerate at any time from the dashboard.

Eloope provides triggers for expense created, expense approved, expense rejected, expense reimbursed, report submitted, and report approved. Available actions include creating an expense and creating a report in Eloope from any external app connected through Zapier.
Yes. With Zapier you can connect Eloope to HR platforms like BambooHR, Gusto, Rippling, and Workday. For example, you could automatically create an Eloope user when a new employee is added in your HR system, or sync department changes across both tools.
There is no limit on the Eloope side — you can create as many Zaps as your Zapier plan allows. Each Zap can use any combination of Eloope triggers and actions, so you can build multi-step workflows that span several apps.
Zapier's free plan supports basic single-step Zaps with limited task runs per month. For multi-step Zaps, filters, or higher task volumes, a paid Zapier plan is recommended. The Eloope integration itself is available on all Eloope plans at no extra cost.
