Connect Eloope Expense to Zapier to automate your expense workflows across 6,000+ apps. Trigger actions when expenses are created, approved, or reimbursed — or create expenses in Eloope from external events.

How it works

Eloope sends real-time webhook events to Zapier when expenses or reports change status. You can also use Zapier actions to create expenses and reports in Eloope from other apps. Authentication is handled via a secure API key generated in your dashboard.

Configure

  1. 1.Navigate to Admin Settings > Integrations in your Eloope Expense dashboard.
  2. 2.Click "Connect" on the Zapier integration card.
  3. 3.Generate a secure API key and copy the webhook URL.
  4. 4.In Zapier, create a new Zap and paste your API key and webhook URL.
  5. 5.Choose trigger events (expense created, approved, rejected, reimbursed) or action events (create expense, create report).

Note: API keys are hashed before storage for security. Each organisation gets a unique key. Revoke and regenerate at any time from the dashboard.
