The recent logins page gives administrators visibility into login activity across the organization, helping detect unauthorized access and monitor security.
Access recent logins
- Go to Admin Settings > Recent Logins.
- View the chronological list of login attempts for your organization.

What recent logins tracks
Each login entry includes:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| User | The email or name of the user who attempted to log in. |
| Status | Whether the login was Successful or Failed. |
| Device type | The device used: Desktop, Mobile, or Tablet. |
| Location | The geographic location based on the IP address. |
| IP address | The IP address the login attempt came from. |
| Timestamp | The date and time of the login attempt. |
How to use recent logins
- Detect unauthorized access: Look for successful logins from unexpected locations or devices.
- Investigate failed attempts: Multiple failed logins for a single user may indicate a compromised password.
- Verify suspicious IPs: Cross-reference login IPs with the Blocked IPs list to identify patterns.
- Compliance audits: Export login data as part of security reviews for SOC 2 or ISO 27001 compliance.
Security monitoring
Eloope tracks login attempts as part of its security monitoring infrastructure. Metrics such as maximum login attempts are used to trigger automatic IP blocking when thresholds are exceeded.
Note: Only users with the Administrator role can access the recent logins page. Login data is retained according to your plan's audit log retention period.
